AHA Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing practice that originated in Japan. Work with our Usui certified Reiki practitioner to allow the Ki (life force energy) to flow through your body & deliver what your body needs. Reiki knows no bounds; distance Reiki allows for the healing to be accessible from anyway in the world. Reiki energy will be sent through the seven major Chakras, which are our energy centers along the midline of the body.

AHA SUP
Yoga mats come in all different forms, my personal favorite.. a stand-up paddleboard. Want to book a SUP yoga private? We offer privates for 1-2 people at a time.
Where? Chicago or in the western suburbs.
Do I need my own board? No, but you can use your own if you have it.
What if I have never been on a paddleboard? No worries, we will meet you where you are at!
